Amini Ortho, is a family-owned orthodontic practice led by Dr. Amini and Dr. Mansouri-Amini. As a dedicated husband-and-wife team, both are board-certified orthodontists with extensive experience and a compassionate approach to care.
Dr. Amini and Dr. Mansouri-Amini met during their orthodontic residency in Florida and later moved to Texas, where Dr. Amini grew up. They fell in love with San Antonio’s vibrant community and decided to make it their home.
At Amini Ortho, they combine their passion for orthodontics with a commitment to personalized, family-oriented care. They treat every patient like a valued member of their orthodontic family, offering beautiful smiles along with affordable payment options and exceptional quality care.

I grew up in the suburbs of Houston and attended Texas A&M University for my bachelor’s degree before moving to Mississippi for my first Masters. I then acquired my Doctor of Dental Surgery from the State University of New York at Buffalo and completed residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics in Jacksonville, FL. My Orthodontics Masters research focused on treating more complex cases with clear aligners in order to be a better clinician. After Residency, I practiced as an Orthodontist in a busy corporate practice gaining valuable experience and became board certified by the American Board of Orthodontists soon after
Now as a Texan and Board Certified Orthodontist, I am excited to be finally back here in the great state of Texas and the beautiful city of San Antonio transforming smiles of my fellow Texans. I specialize in all aspects of Orthodontics care including Braces, Invisalign, Clear Aligners and Appliances.
Dr. Mansouri-Amini is a board-certified orthodontist who earned her specialty degree, fellowship and Master of Science in Dentistry from Jacksonville University. She further distinguished herself with an additional fellowship at Tufts University, becoming one of the first to achieve board certification in dental sleep medicine.
An active member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, and the San Antonio District Dental Society, Dr. Mansouri-Amini is dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy smiles. Her practice covers traditional orthodontic treatments, airway management, and early prevention for patients of all ages, with a particular fondness for working with children.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, exploring new places, and traveling.
